This service is only provided to adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority as required by local laws) to use our services. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority as required by local laws) and still use our services, we have the right to ban your account and delete all information under the account after discovery. Your guardian shall bear full responsibility for your actions. If you find that your underage guardian is using SoulCove , please contact us in time and we will assist you in deleting all personal information of your child and take restrictive measures such as banning your child's account.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully. By completing the registration process and/or browsing/using the Service, you agree to the content of this policy and give your explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Agreement is written in English. If any translated version of this Agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
If you do not accept and agree to our Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our applications or websites.

Information You Provide

( 4 ) Payment and purchase records, including payment and consumption records (including purchase time, amount, etc.) generated when you purchase our products or services. Such information will be collected and processed by the third-party payment platform you choose (for example, Google or Apple). ( 5 ) In order to protect your safety when using our services and ensure that you get the best experience, we may sometimes ask you to provide your mobile phone number or third-party social platform account information to verify the authenticity and security of your account. Please rest assured that we will not use your mobile phone number for marketing purposes.

Information We Collect Automatically

2. How we use your information

(1) Support your use of our services, including creating your own live broadcast room, connecting with your friends on SoulCove , recommending nearby friends to you, publishing, sharing, viewing, downloading or otherwise interacting with user content published on the platform, etc.;
(2) To identify you, help you create and manage your account, help you efficiently access your information after logging in, and remember your information so that you do not have to re-enter it the next time you visit;

In order to help you meet more friends on SoulCove , other users will have the opportunity to view your publicly posted profile. If you choose to participate in public activities on the platform, you should be aware that any information you share and make public may be read, collected or used by other users. You should be cautious about disclosing personal information when using the platform, and we are not responsible for the information you choose to disclose.
Business Acquisition
In the event of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business (including a transfer as part of bankruptcy proceedings), or as part of any other corporate reorganization or change in corporate control, we may transfer all of your information we hold as an asset. We will require the recipient to continue to protect your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
4. System permissions we use
In order to provide better services, SoulCove may need to use certain system permissions in your device (excluding permissions required by third-party services connected). This section will explain in detail all the system permissions we use to ensure that you understand how we use these permissions and how to choose whether to authorize them. You can choose whether to grant these permissions as needed. If you choose not to authorize certain permissions, some functions may be unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other functions of SoulCove.
Album and storage permissions
Once you agree to enable the photo album and storage permissions, we will be able to access the photo album and storage functions on your device. These permissions will be used for the following purposes:
Upload text, pictures, videos and other content from your device;
Cache the text, pictures, videos and other content generated when you use the SoulCove service.
Special note: We will not actively read the content in your album. We will only access and obtain the corresponding image or video data when you explicitly authorize and select specific files in the album.
If you refuse this authorization, the corresponding upload and cache functions will not work properly, but it will not affect your use of other functions.
Microphone permissions
Once you agree to enable microphone permission, we will be able to access and use the microphone function of your device for the following purposes:
Voice input: convert your voice into text through voice recognition function;
Voice recognition: collect and recognize the voice information you upload.
If you refuse this authorization, the voice input and voice recognition functions will not work properly, but other functions will not be affected.
Message push permissions
Once you agree to enable push notifications, we will be able to send notification messages to your device. These messages may include important notifications, service updates, event information, etc. You can view and manage push messages at any time.
If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive push notifications from us, but this will not affect your use of other service features.
Camera permissions
Once you agree to enable camera permissions, we will be able to access your device's camera for the following purposes:
Photo and video recording: supports taking pictures and recording video content;
Image and video collection: When you use relevant functions, we will collect and process the images and video information you take or record.
If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use related functions such as taking photos and recording videos, but other functions can still be used normally.
Floating window permissions
In order to provide the "Voice Party Room" function and service, we may need to apply for your floating window permission. After enabling this permission, the relevant content will be displayed on top of other applications or interfaces.
If you refuse this authorization, the "Voice Party Room" and similar floating window functions will not be available, but it will not affect your use of other functions.
Device Information Access Permissions
Once you agree to enable device information access permission, we will be able to collect and use your device information to optimize your experience and protect your account security. Specific uses include:
Identify and bind devices;
To ensure the security of your account;
Optimize services and troubleshoot security issues.
Android users: If you deny this permission, you may not be able to use this product and service normally.
iOS users: Due to iOS system restrictions, you may not be able to directly refuse this authorization. However, you can still control whether to authorize us to collect some device information (such as IDFA, etc.). If you refuse to authorize the collection of IDFA information, we will not be able to make personalized content recommendations based on this identifier.
7Network access and status monitoring permissions
Once you agree to enable network permissions, we will be able to access the Internet and use network connections. These permissions will be used to:
Allow SoulCove to connect to the Internet and provide online services;
Monitor network status, ensure service stability, and alert you when the network environment changes.
If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use network-related functions and services.
Authorization and management
You can manage and change permissions at any time through your device settings. Here's how:
Android users: This can be adjusted in your device's Settings > Apps > SoulCove > Permission Management.

9. Disclaimer
SoulCove supports you to chat and communicate with other SoulCove users. However, we recommend that you pay attention to protecting your privacy and do not write detailed chat records, phone numbers, real names, home addresses, bank or credit card details, ID numbers, driver's license details, and other sensitive personal information that can be easily abused and misused into your personal homepage or send them to other users.
You may voluntarily choose to publish (provide us) sensitive personal information about yourself in your personal homepage, such as your religious beliefs, sexual orientation, ethnic background, and health conditions. By uploading and publishing such sensitive personal information about yourself, you explicitly consent to our storage and processing of such information.
Please be aware that any messages, photos or video clips you publicly post on SoulCove may be viewed, downloaded and saved by any user, and therefore there is a risk of leaking your sensitive personal information. You will be responsible for the content you post and do so at your own risk.
